hey Ryan,

 

I was wondering if you could start a thread about nutrition, similar to the one you started about fitness.

 

I personally would want to see some general guidelines to what an avg human body needs, and in what proportion. Also, what can be skipped if one's taking vitamins daily?

I can start working on a dietary thread in the same fashion as the exercise one.

 

I'm currently working on a set of common fitness questions and myths...but that can be put on hold.

hmm, perhaps you could start up a nutrition thread, but wait to elaborate on it until after you're done with these myths.
