I personally find nothing more unattractive than a tattoo on a female, particularly where it can easily be seen. It's bizarre that there are bikini models I see on the Internet with tattoos. However, if you think they're sexy, that's all that counts. Knock yourself out. My opinion doesn't count at all...you have to please yourself. I just think it's really insane to imprint something anywhere on your body that will take thousands of dollars to remove if necessary....somewhere down the road when you're at a different place in life. Many people who got tattoos (usually after a few drinkgs) in their teens or twenties find them repulsive later on and pay big bucks to have them removed. Some keep them if they aren't visiible. It's pretty ridiculous for a professional person to have a visible tattoo in an office or other setting. Same goes for piercings. They serve no purpose except to please the person who's wearing them. I think everybody ought to be free to mulilate their body in whatever way they desire. But they need to understand they will often pay stiff consequences, financially or socially, in the years to come. In mosts jurisdictions, you have to be 18 to get a tattoo...or have your parents' permission.

And also I think it can be sexy as long as the person doesn't get carried away with how many they get. I like the ones on the lower back (on women), depending on what they look like. Maybe you could post a picture or make an avatar of it.

I would never get anything where someone could see, especially with me wanting to go into something medical while in the air force. I dont think they allow you to if your tattoos show. And after experiencing that pain I dont want any more, after the touchups on this one im *done*! And if my dad finds out, me and my mom would need somewhere to spend the night lol!

That particular area is usually pretty much hidden unless you don't want it to be. I find the thought goes through my head that I'd love if my girlfriend had one (which she doesn't, though she says she likes them). I think it would be amazingly hot to make love to her while checking out her back tatoo. I don't think they are sleezy at all, rather cool and an artistic expression of ones self which is generally covered up anyways. I'm of course referring to the back tatoo that seems to be real trend in University. I've noticed alot of girls with them and alot seem to enjoy them. I think most guys I know find them attractive as well on girls. I have a small cherry tatoo on my left peck. I plan on getting another, possibly my girlfriends name somewheres private that she would only see. I don't think they are sleezy at all.

I looked at your pic and I think it'd be somthing like what I want, but I also don't want to get anything like other people have Plus I hear it hurts like hell on your lower back because of it being right on your spine, pain is not cool lol Can I ask how much you paid for it?

I do disagree slightly with you Tony - tattoos are not a fad - their popularity might wane and swell over the years, but tattoos have been around for eons and they seem to have their own genre and society and recently it's been dripping over into mainstream more than it has in the past and losing its stigma. Although there is a divide within the society of the tattoo world also. My brother has dozens of tattoos and when his wife died he got her initials tattooed on his forearm in memory. Both arms, his back and his chest are covered with tattoos. Some of the art work is so intricate it is amazing. His tattoos are not what I would call sleazy. I have seen some definite sleazy tattoos though. One man had a womans legs tattooed on the underside of his arm and his side. That is one leg went down his arm and the other his side so that when he lifted his his arm the legs were spread and his pit hair was, well, you get the idea. I thought that was beyond sleazy.
