steffany
There may be a few ladies out there that can agree with me and maybe give me a few pointers. I found myself pregnant earlier this year. My boobs grew outrageously. I was already a DD so it was crazy how large they got. They actually went around under my arm and on my back. The pregnancy did not last and shortly thereafter my breast started to get smaller again. Phew! But now I'm not happy with my once full yet perky breasts. They went down to a C cup (which I wasn't mad at...I like them smaller) but from growing so large and then shrinking smaller than they were to begin with makes them sag. The skin seems to have no elasticity anymore. I do exercises that should firm the pectoral muscle...but after 8 months of that and no sign of change I am thinking that only strengthens the muscle not having anything to do with the breast or skin at all. Dang. I have tried firming lotions and even those pills to help "firm" the breasts with no luck. Has any women out there found a way to get the youthful look of the breasts back after pregnancy? I don't want to resort to plastic surgery it seems so shallow. But I want to feel sexy not like one of the woman in the natural geographic magazine!

That's correct. The chest musculature underlies all of that and, with training, can SLIGHTLY tighten up the area. However, neither skin nor breast tissue is active or contractile. I really don't know that there's much you can do if you're at a healthy bodyfat level. This is one of the effects of childbirth....such is life.
Author steffany
Dag nab it! I have always been very proud of my body and this new issue really has put a damper on my self image. No more slinky dresses or any clothing that may call for lack of a bra! Jeesh too bad it has to be like this for women. I'm a pretty small girl for being 5'9"...122 lbs. My breasts and hips have always been my "bigger" assests...I guess next my motabolism is going to bite the dust and no matter how much I run or swim I'm going to be posting on how to get rid of sattle bags! Oh well what can ya do! Well thanks for telling me what I already knew. I kinda had a gleam of hope in my eye that there was a solution I was just ignorant of!
