I was on a business trip in London a few years ago when someone said how he had a lost a couple of stones by eating better. While thinking how his diet could affect his losing kidney stones, and seeing the perplexed look on my face, I was told it was roughly 14 pounds. And good advice by the way, I agree with a good balanced diet, everything in moderation. I am in pretty good shape now and it has probably been a year since I last weighed myself. I lost about 50 pounts two years ago and one thing I did was swore off the scale and counting calories. It was just too much of a rollercoaster ride for me having to know exactly how many calories was in everything and how that would translate to a pound or two gained or lost the next time I stepped on the scale. It was much easier when I just said, screw it, I know eating right and exercise will work, be patient, and it will come. And it did. Link to post Share on other sites
