Lost Her?

Hey my girlfriend and I had been serious for 2 years while I lived in MO, we got along great, no problems and even discussed her moving to CA with me later. Well I moved back to CA just as we had discussed and was looking for work and a place to live for us both etc... but ran into many snags and other things, we would however fly out to see each other every 2 months. She was crazy about me and I loved her. We did LDR for 6 months then when we talked on the phone it was always the same stuff mostly her asking me when shed be out here etc... and I really just stopped caring, which of course she picked up on since the phone was virtually the only way we communicated. Well she found a guy in MO that obviously does care and she broke it off, but now that I've been thinking and dating other girls I realize she is really special and hard to find, plus we have such a good history up till the last month or so. My question is how can I get her back even though she is with another guy or atleast set myself in a good place to get her back. Maybe even just let her know I care about the realtionship still but without actually saying it and giving her control. I hate these stupid games but I really want her back, she is very important to me.

 

PS: A mutual friend spoke to her and she said we broke up becaause, " I stopped caring and was acting like a jerk". So she basically ran out of hope for our relationship and ran to the first guy she could find.

Have you thought about calling her and saying, " I am sorry. I was wrong. I was a big giant butthead and I love you and miss you and want to work this out. I want to come see you this weekend to talk about this. May I?"

As lucky mentioned, How about calling?. This way you can explain how you feel and get a better feeling of where she is at. Good luck.
