I posted another link about diet pills and got some helpful advice, I think Im going to stay away from them. But I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas on whay kind of results I should be expecting to see.

 

Im 5'3", so Im pretty petitie. I weigh approx 130 lbs, and I would like to lose around 15 lbs. I exercise 4 times a week, about 45 minutes of cardio, and about half hour of circut training. Ive been doing this for about 2 weeks, and havent really seen anything yet. I know its still really soon, but I was just wondering when you think I should be expecting to see some results!...

Great decision to stay away from the diet pills.

 

Just keep doing what you're doing and don't cheat with snacks and other mindless eating. Count the calories of everything that goes in your mouth and be sure you are getting sufficient nutrition (vitamins, minerals and protein). Stay hydrated with sufficient water.

 

Keeping an ideal weight is a lifetime commitment for most people. Even when you reach your ideal weight, to stay there you've got to watch what you eat and exercise.

 

I hate people who can eat all they want and stay thin. Damn genes!
