Anyone use an Air Purifier/Hepa? any good?

I have my fair share of nasal issues year round,

just stuffiness and post nasal drip. The air is dry here

in the city and i work in a dusty warehouse. I want to maybe

try an Air Purifier for the apartment. Are they any good?

 

I thought it might be nice for our 3 week old as well since our

apartment tends to get a little dusty at times.

Tabletop air Purifier.
