Patty Posted August 29, 2003 Share Posted August 29, 2003 My room has so much stuff,that I dont know what to do with.Well last weekend I picked up another cd rack,to put my cd's in.But there are just so much stuff I like to keep.I got so much paper everywhere.And I save the blank papers all the time.Cause I feel like Im wasting it if I throw it away.Then again,it takes up to much space. Everytime I see something at the store that I think I really like,I buy it.I just dont know what to do about all this clutter.Im always working and by the time I get back home,Im so tired and have no energy.I cant even find my name tag for work and I know my boss will get on my case for that.Im always loosing things all the time. IRULE Posted September 10, 2003 Share Posted September 10, 2003 yes i like to keep everything to , so when it gets bad i have to go through and throw stuff away its hard but you can do it the paper too, i have a 4 bedroom house no kids and a huge shop attic and 3 of the bedrooms are stuffed with just my clothes , if you don't learn now it will get worse. i wait until my husband gets mad then i throw stuff away.and don't buy it if you don't need it or if you have to dust it. C1 Posted September 10, 2003 Share Posted September 10, 2003 First separate things you are using and all other things. Then from all other things pick up things of value or special meaning for you. Everything else put in boxes, give it to your relatives and friends. May be they can use something, the rest they can throw away for you, as it is hard to do it for yourself. Leave only the clothes that you like to wear, discard the rest. Create a special place for different sorts of things, like cleaning supplies, bathroom stuff, office supplies, beauty, documents. Before you buy something, think, where you are going to put it and if you already have something of the kind. If you end up with two things of the same kind, you must be able to throw away the old one, otherwise don't buy it. Don't have more things that you have space for or more than you need.
