Mission_Impossible Posted August 31, 2003 Share Posted August 31, 2003 we've been going out for 3 years...and over that period of time...i've cheated on him...i've told him about all of them and then we'd break up but then we would always get back together...now....we've broken up for good...i want him back so much...but i dont know how to prove to him that i am a changed person...and that i love him oh so very much...he is now in Michigan and i am stuck on this stupid island...he said that if he saw a change that he will consider giving me a second chance...all i want is for him to be mine again...i mean...how could he possibly see that i have changed if he's some place else... By your own admittance, you've cheated on him several times in the 3 years you were together, likely doing it because he'd always take you back. You need to learn a lesson that people have hearts and feelings and a right and need to be respected, not toyed with and cheated on. You don't deserve to be back with this guy and don't say you "love him" because love has nothing whatsoever to do with cheating, lying, deceiving or betraying someone. Go have a long hard think about your past proven inability to be faithful and honest and trusted. Why should he take you back this time? You've shown him in the past that you'd always end up cheating again. Leave the poor guy be so that he can find himself the good woman that he deserves. Link to post Share on other sites

There is simply no way he will ever be able to trust you again. The best thing you can do now is work on your morals and to be a much better person for the next guy you may fall for.
