She started picking fights with me to make me do the breaking so it pretty much happened and she tells me she's going to move out. I tell her she probably needs to because she really doesn't appreciate what she has. A couple days later I hear her on the phone talking smack to some guy about being with him, so yeah, I kind of busted her. Since she moved out 3 months ago, I've been strict NC, and she's tried to get a hold of me like 8 times, the last time being 9:00 this morning. I have NEVER responded to any attempt, although it has been really really hard. What's the point? I could never trust her and she doesn't deserve someone like me. Still sucks though when you find out the truth. I see you posting a lot on here and am pretty familiar with your story. Know that you are FAR from alone and there are plenty of others trying to clean out their attic from this type of sh*t. Myself included. Link to post Share on other sites

SarahT111 Posted November 6, 2008 Share Posted November 6, 2008 HI! Its happened to me TWICE!! My first ex bf of 2.5 years left me for another woman out of the blue one day. I swear I almost died from the pain! It took me months and months to just get my life going again! About a year later when I felt a bit better about it I dated someone else. Just when I thought things were turning round for me he left me after 3 months for another woman also!! I sure know how your feeling and would be willing to help! Link to post Share on other sites
Crestfallen_KH Posted November 6, 2008 Share Posted November 6, 2008 No, but my ex-husband did. He decided within two weeks that he wanted to be with a married co-worker. As statistically impossible as it sounds, they both walked out on their marriages within a matter of weeks and moved in together. They're still together now, some 14 months later. I've done a great majority of the work needed to get back to a new normal and feel happiness again. I've even forgiven him. But, I absolutely remember what those early days are like and would be happy to discuss any step in the process or talk about what I've done that has been successful. They are now in Vietam for their sweet 'honeymoon'. I definitely can felt your pain. But to me it's a lucky escape. Glad that I found that out before I actually get marry and this guy ... well ... forget about it. Wasting my time to think of him. I cut my hair short too. Just did it today. Feel great. I now have dreadlocks down to my shoulders, but for a decade I wore it super short and spiky, and always a different color! I'm your one-stop source for Manic Panic info. Okay, so here ya go: the day after I lost my virginity, at age 16, to a guy I'd been dating off and on for THREE YEARS, I caught him with another girl.
