Hi, I am finally ready to move on and started to have a little crush on my friends little brother. I really wanted him to make the first move and ask me out to drinks since I had heard that he thought I was "cute"..lol. Well he hasn't so I texted him and said that we should grab a drink. His responce was "sounds good....yeah i don't know when but I would like that". And that was it....I have been out of the flirting dating loop for a little while and just want to know what someone else thinks of this responce. I have not responded back as I don't know what the heck to say...lol.

 

Any suggestions? thanks all.

The ball is in his court. It's up to him now to make the move. Just back off, be friendly and see if he brings it up.

 

Could be he wants to, and isn't sure when he can do it....but, most interested guys will call quickly to take you up on it. He did say that he would like to....

 

Or, he could be politely declining with the whole "I don't when, though." But maybe not.

 

It's too early for monday morning quarterbacking.

 

So, I'd just respond with "Okay, that would be great. Give me a call when you want to go do that."

 

Then I'd drop it completely and continue to go out to the bars without him.
