factorx832
This is my first post so here goes. I work at a elementary school as a tutor for 2nd and 3rd graders. I really like one of my co-workers. She works with kindergartners and I only really see her at the start of work and at the end. I know there are times that she looks at me and we both smile at each other. We recently had a training with about fifty other tutors and I counted at least six times she was looking at me. I feel like there is something there. I' am thinking about leaving her a note with a flower on her car to see if she would want to go out. Should I forget about it or ask her out? I think it's more normal to just talk to her and get to know her. What if she is married and has children or some situation. Good luck with the note and flowers in her car if you go for it though. BklynGuy
I agree. Just because she flirts doesn't mean she doesn't have other things in her life. Move slowly and learn what you can before making a move.

You should definitely ask her out.
trex
Ask her out man! What do you have to lose? NOTHING! What do you have to gain? Potentially a whole lot...
