markyboy1983 Posted November 30, 2008 Share Posted November 30, 2008 My ex gf broke up with me a little over a month ago. I had a hard time at first, but in the past week i've been feeling great. I started going to the gym again, lifting and doing cardio. Mentally, I feel pretty good. My question is I still don't have an appetite. I wake up at 7am, go to work, break down trucks for 8 hours, come home, go to the gym, hang out with my buddies, etc. but I am not hungry at all, even after all that physical work. I even feel like I have alot of energy. I usually have a little meal before bedtime, just to get some food in me. After the break up I started smoking and drinking coffee, something I never did prior to the break up. I know that might have something to do with it, but to lose my appetite completely, even when I feel great. Any ideas? Link to post Share on other sites
Peter_pan Posted November 30, 2008 Share Posted November 30, 2008 hmm smoking and coffee i can relate to man, i lost my appetite to. it id just naturally come back after a month or so. if you feel great and are not eating then thats maybe due to the coffee making you feel energetic etc. try eating something you really like and see how you feel after. cubbie30 Posted November 30, 2008 Share Posted November 30, 2008 i lost 35 pounds in two months from no appetite after he left. i was walking a lot too just to keep myself busy. i look great now, but the appetite is coming back, and i want to keep this weight off. i wasn't sleeping either, but that is also almost back to normal. i am FINALLY moving on.
