Enema
Well, this one is really just down to you eating more. What's your diet like at the moment?
Touche
I went on a "diet" to gain in 2005 and did gain 10 pounds. My waist was the first place I gained and I wasn't happy. My waist is probably the only area I DON'T want to gain but it was the first place I gained. After that it was butt, boobs and thighs and upper arms (pretty much in that order.) I've been underweight my whole life pretty much and had a really teeny waist in my 20's and early 30's. After I had our son that changed. My waist is about a 26 now. So either eat more meals (I recommend 5 to 6 smallish meals a day) or have a baby.

Good for you. here is how you gain weight: Big Mac, Filet-o-fish, quarter pounder, french fries...icy coke, milkshakes, sundaes and apple pies....oh yeah.
IfWishesWereHorses
Try lateral situps, and side bends using weights if need be. I have never heard these words come out of a womans mouth so I'm assuming you're a male!

Touche
Horses, you're right! for some reason it never occurred to me that the OP might be a male! ahahaha D-Lish I'm sure you're well-proportioned. I was never into fast food really. I tend to prefer lower calories foods (seafood, salads, etc.) Not big into desserts, etc. But the way I gained the 10 pounds was just to eat 5 to 6 times a day even if one of those "meals" was just a salad. And I counted any kind of dessert (cake, ice cream, etc.) as one of my "meals." So, OP...trust me...eat 5 to 6 times a day and include a Carnation shake every day and your waist will get bigger. But you'll also get bigger everywhere else. You can't just get bigger in one area.
Enema
Funny how the diet for people who want to "lose" weight is also, "eat 5 or 6 small meals a day". Keeps your metabolism burning. I'd probably suggest eating bigger, less frequent meals.
MadBambi
I have never heard these words come out of a womans mouth so I'm assuming you're a male! It does sound silly but people are mean to us "skinny bitches"! Hahaha...they're always like "um, you should eat more" or cutting they're eyes at you when you DO eat a lot. It's weird! It's like when people make fat jokes only it's reversed and no one sees harm in it. Anyway, anyway.... If you're small and want to gain weight you have to go about it the right way. You don't wanna end up a grossly over weight and saying "wow, i used to be such a nice size" To gain and maintain my weight I have to eat throughout the day. Breakfast is important! Don't skip it!! Don't eat to get full!! You leave some room for them snacks! Add a protein drink or bar to your diet (syntha -6 makes an awesome strawberry protein powder mmm-mmm!) If you workout already make sure you're hitting the weights and not just doing cardio. Let's see what else....? Don't just start scarfing down burgers n' fries n' stuff cuz you want to remain healthy also. Please remember to consider your heart and amount of cholesterol. I guess that's all i can think of. Let us know your progress!
lovestruck818
I don't understand why anyone would to GAIN weight. I used to be fat and i was miserable and people were so mean and rude to me. Now I am about a 25 waist, I feel better about myself, I look better and people treat me better. Face it, hate to say it, but the world is kinder to people are thin. Plus, since losing my weight more career opportunities have opened up to me. OP, I think you would be making a huge mistake.
CandyGirlXO
Well maybe the OP is a male. My EX had a problem with weight gain and so did my grandpa. The problem was that they were too skinny, and couldn't gain weight. LOL my ex used to eat fast food everyday, and was still 5'9 115lbs no lie. My grandpa... sameway. So that could be the problem.
