I Was Wrong, All I Want Is A Chance

My boyfriend of 3 years broke up with me because he caught me talking to a male friend of mine over the phone. The conversation wasn't just a regular conversation it was a sexual conversation, he's just a friend nothing ever happened to us, I know that I shouldn't have been talking that way to a friend but I was just fooling around he's really conceited and he thinks he can get any girl he wants so I wanted to see how far this guy would really go. Im aware that I dis-respected my ex-boyfriend and Im really sorry. I also have a past of cheating on my past boyfriend of six years with this guy that I was with and so I understand why he could be insecure and why I can't be trusted because of the past. I really love my boyfriend especially now I realized I lost the person that I wanted to be with for the rest of my life, I never cheated on him but he won't believe me he told me that he never wants to be with me or see me and will never give me a chance again. Im so depressed I don't know what to do, all I want is another chance and make things right I trully changed for him. Help what's the best thing to do with my situation.

You know you did wrong so that's a good thing. But the problem is now that your boyfriend doesn't trust you anymore and some people never get over that. When I say he doesn't trust you I don't meam that he doesn't trust you not to go sleep with someone, although that too is the case. But he's lost the faith that you won't hurt him, that his well-being was not always first on your mind. That can be a colossal emotional shock. The only suggestions I have is to keep sending him letters professing your love, send flowers, send notes begging for forgiveness etc., until you see a sign that he's even just a little bit open to seeing you. Then meet him and be as sweet and charming and attentive to him as you can ever think of.
