wierdmunky
Lately nothing has been funny, or even interesting to talk about. Someone says a joke, and I get it, and I get why it's funny, but I'm not laughing. I'm not sure what is wrong with me. I just can't seem to see the humor in things anymore. Geishawhelk
Oh Lordy, that's just weird. I feel the same. I've hit a low despondent plateau, and it's neither up nor down..... Could be hormones, could just be "Sh*t happens"...... But it's not funny.
MWH
I think it is most likely an anal sex deficiency. Get yourself seen to as soon as possible. 5000+ posts. Quantity over quality. Sheesh.... _____________________________ Sounds like perhaps you're suffering from a bit of depression perhaps. Anyhting out of the ordinary happened in your life recently? Extra stress, things like that? When I'm stressed or upset I tend to lose my sense of humor. Hope you feel better right away! Peace, MWH
Author wierdmunky
Well there's always extra stress. My own and whatever everyone else is stressed about. I don't think life's ever been anything less than stress free, but major things... lost a lot of good friends for a bad relationship, parental madness from both sides of the family, and a broken engagement. I don't think those are it though, I have to say. The friends that stayed with me have been good support. I just rarely find people that can make me laugh, or turn things into something funny like I used to. I think Jon Stuart is funny though.

RecordProducer
Laughing is not necessarily about something being witty and getting the joke. We usually laugh when we feel good and when something is unpredictably goofy. If there's comic tension in a company of a few people, the laughter goes more easily. I laugh a lot around my kids and when they laugh, it makes me laugh, too. My point is: laughter is about happiness. I laugh way more often when I am happy and carefree. lino
I'm starting to find less and less things funny myself. I've never been a funny guy but I was always able to laugh at things but now even that seems to be getting more difficult
