I don't know. Is there a chance he likes me?

Hello there! :3

So. There is this guy (oh gosh. You probably hear that a lot! Sorry! ) Anyways. There is this guy. We'll call him O. O and I work together. When I first started the job, I was honestly pretty much terrified of O. I didn't know him, it was a new job, and he looked scary. Ha ha.

But after working a few times, basically with O every time, I grew very fond of O. I would definitely say that I have feelings for him. But, of course, I don't know if he has feelings for me...!

He does these little things that sometimes make me think he does, in fact, like me. But of course, I don't know. So, I am asking your help.

Here's some things that he does:

For starters, he always comes to see me. We work at a clothing store, he's often on register, while I am "greeting" at the entrance. Whenever the store is quiet and he has free time, he leaves the register to come and be with me. Or, whenever he's not on register... He's often up front with me.

Even sometimes when it isn't quiet he'll come up and see me. He may just come up and stand next to me, make small talk, or "fix" something that is next to me. He likes to ask me how I'm doing, and if I'm "having fun." He also often comes up to remind me to take my break (or tell me that I should go take my break right at that very second...!) and let me know that I only have a couple minutes left to work. It's at these times that we have most conversation.

He also comes up and teases me about work. He'll say things like "PIIICCCCK IT UUUUUP! D: " when clearly, I am.

He's also the only person to always say "hello" and "goodbye" to me.

One time, I was standing up at the front of the store (out of his view) and I saw one of our assistant managers dancing and singing, as was I (the song was Feel Good Inc by the Gorillaz, I wouldn't help it. ) the assistant manager saw me and started laughing. Being the nosey one that he is, O saw this and asked what was going on. A.M. told him, and he started jumping around her to see me. (I got embaressed and hid =P )

He also complimented me before. I don't know if it means much to anyone, but it means a lot to me. It was the first time some guy that I knew and was not related to complimented me. (Granted, this is not including any of our customers, because they tend to compliment me a lot, too! =P ) He said that my hair looked nice (I had just recolored it)

Also, his new favorite thing is to scare me! The other day, I was standing at the front of the store fixing one of the displays (it's always a mess when I come in ) and he came up behind me and went "What are you doing?" (in a very funny and teasing sort of voice, fake accent and all.) It caused me to jump and almost scream. Haha. I turned around and was like "YOU JUST SCARED ME." and he was all "HAHAHA ! " and after taking a second to breathe again, he went "COME HERE :] " and I said "Hang on. I just almost pee'ed myself." And his reaction was something like "MWAHAHAHA !" So then I went over to him and he randomly pointed out two new shirts. Of course, when he had to go back to the register he had to tell this story to the assistant manager. xD

But that wasn't the only time he ever did it to me. Later that day, he left for his break and I was happily cleaning. I was pretty happy, because I was going to be able to say hello to him when he came back from his break. But of course, it didn't happen like that! I was folding a pair of pants, and I stupidly left my back completely open to attack towards the entrance of the store. And what do you know. He walks in and sneaks up behind me and goes "WHAT ARE YOU DOING? " Of course. I jumped and almost fell over. Complaining that I almost pee'ed myself again. He was laughing, and I went "Don't do thaaaaaat!" and I hit him with the pants I was holding. He then proceeded to walk up to the registers laughing and saying "It was just too perfect! Her back was right to me! I couldn't stop myself!" Ha ha. It's cute.

I can also clearly tell that he is comfortable with me... When I just shopped at the store, he never spoke to me unless I went to buy something and it was the standard register thing. Now he talks to me a lot.

 

So yeah. Those are all the things I can think of right now.

So yes. What I am looking for is your help. Do you think he likes me? Is there that possibility? Or am I just being a wishful thinker? Is there anything I should be looking out for? Things I should do to help him get the hint that I like him?

Rule#2 You'e not old enough. Not to be dating seriously, and reading too much into this.

How old is he..... as a senior member of staff, I think he's just being friendly. And some guys do like the girly infatuated attentions of young girls.

He should know better.

I think you ARE reading way too much into this. And I think he's crossing the line, or pretty close to it.

 

You're setting yourself up for heartbreak.
