I Wanna Talk About Protein Drinks!

So, I found a protein powder that tastes awesome and it works great and I really love it BUT i wonder if there's another better one? I know i can ask at the store but they kinda bs me cuz im a girl..... and they recommend the lame kinds.

 

Anyway, anyway the one i use now is syntha-6 I've been drinking that for about a year n' a half and i guess I wanna upgrade.

 

Which ones do y'all use? Maybe you can recommend one for me?! :D

I like the Whey Protein Isolate from GNC. It tastes better with hardly any cholesterol and low in fat. I like a peanut butter smoothie with the chocolate powder in it.

I go for the drinks with the best nutrition, regardless of how they taste. Just chug it down and quickly wash it down with water so you don't taste too much.

 

I find that anything that tastes even mildly good has too much fat.

Awesome! That's what i meant though - which ones have the best nutrition - I'm not concerned with the taste too much

Crap, I can't remember the name. It's a fruit drink with a number of different fruit smoothie flavors, but there's this one kind that's loaded with soy protein. It tastes like chalk, but it has a ton of protein and vitamins from fruits.

 

And as wuggle said, egg whites! They taste awesome too if you make an omelet out of them and throw some fresh vegetables in. Each one has something like 4.7 grams of protein and only about 17 calories.

get the whey protein mix that comes in the 5lb bags from sams club. Its a hell of a lot cheaper than GNC and tastes fine / works fine.

maximuscle's range is good..but remember..if your diet is good then the drink goes down the toilet.

 

only use pre-post training for best uptake.
