Some people like muscles, some like chubby guys, some like skinny ones etc. People are into all sorts! People come in all shapes and sizes and there isn't much you can really do to alter your shape. I'm very skinny myself but as a girl I suppose thats more desirable than it is for a male. But I really would not worry about your appearance. So long as you like/accept your appearance, that's enough! If you do wish to bulk up it will be far more difficult seeing as your 'natural state' as it were, IS skinny. You must have a very fast matabolism (spl?) and as such food is constantly being burned. You might want to book an appointment with a dietician to discuss with them what you are trying to acheive and they can recommend foods/lifestyle changes that will help you with your transformation. As far as exercise, NO CARDIO Oh yes, it must be Soooooooooo hard to have to eat six times a day. How are you even managing? what the hell are you talking about? first of all i dont eat donuts, havent had one in 2 years, in fact i dont eat any junk food whatsoever. I may eat alot but its all high quality nutritional food, and like I said, not all calories are created equal. And the reason I suggested no cardio is because q1w2e3r4t5y6a has a very inefficient body design, he already burns 4000-5000 calories a day without working out, if he adds cardio thats upwards of another 1000 calories, he just cant afford to loose that many calories on useless cardio.
