Simple question: How much time to talk if away for a week?

I am in a relatively young (6-7 months) relationship and I am going away for the workweek. She is 20 and I am 24.

 

How many times (or how much time) should we talk? Right now I agreed to voice conference Tuesday and Thursday with her. If one of us can't make it txt the other a rescheduled date. We both work so it would have to be in the evenings anyway.

 

The rest of the time we would keep in touch via txt or email.

This isn't a business relationship where you make appointments to talk.

When you feel like talking, talk! Call each other and communicate!

 

It's only a week, anyway, it's not as if this is a LDR and you can only connect this way....!

It's only one week and you're scheduling calls. I think like Geisha says it's not really a LDR as it's only one week. Also it's not business, a business schedules stuff, a relation doesn't.
