Dysfunctional Family

I am not always on best of terms with either of my parents. They both convince me to drop out of college, and find a job as a manager at a retail job. They are not supportive of schooling and often accuse me of going to college full time so I won't have to work.

 

My father lies on me all the time. He lies and tells my mother that when I leave the house I am not really going to school, he'll lie and say that I often leave for work late. He lies about a lot of things which often confuses my mother(she is nuts as well possibly bipolar). She will say to me that she doesn't know who to believe.

 

I don't know what would cause a parent to do this to a child. I had no idea how evil someone can be

Its hard to say why your father is doing that ,

but you would not give in and drop out of a college you are studying in .

 

U need to graduate and get your specialty .

 

If you mother is on your side in this principal thing to go on studying,

but she is just believing your dad telling her that you are not going to study in real,

then suggest your mother to check on you whenever she likes to,

that you are really going to study and not to have fun or anything else .

 

You need to graduate and get your full knowledge ..

He's my dad.

 

I am very depressed and sad. He tells my mother that I am mentally ill, that I am not normal, and thinks that I am being manipulative by going to school
