Yes, I haven't seen any ads for a couple years now. Maybe this is a way of stepping up the benefit of subscribing??? But seriously, it's hard to imagine anyone who would willingly allow AM-type ads on a site like LS. Yes, I'm sure they're just brokered through some banner-distribution service, but is there NO control over the types of ads that come through, or isn't there some kind of veto that could be exercised for particular advertisers? Start using Mozilla Firefox as your main browser and then get this extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865 No more ads again! And browsing the internet gets quicker. We're all adults here with the capacity to ignore, disregard and turn away from screen stuff that irritates or offends us. People have affairs, or want to have affairs. AM markets a service for which there is apparently some demand. I'm not familiar with them, but they're probably like Adult Friend Finder. Some of the people always want to hook-up some of the time, and will pay third parties to act as informational clearing houses. It's just advertising. Link to post Share on other sites
