UUGH! That Little lower ab "Pudge"

Im ok with the little "pooch". Quite frankly a super flat stomach is sorta Kate Mossish to me...sorta a turn off.Unhealthy looking.

The simplest way to lose the belly fat is simple math. You have to burn at least 300-500 more calories than what you intake. There are many calculators out there that will tell you how much you average burning a day for pretty much any occupation or activity level, then factor in your exercise. Subtract your total calorie burn from your calorie intake, and hopefully you have a negative number. The belly fat is stubborn though, it's the last place to lose and once it sits there for a while it'll take a long time to get rid of it.

 

You can do all the ab workouts in the world and you'll never get defined abs unless you do cardio as well. Walking is a great way to burn off pounds, but it has to be a long walk, minimum 2-3 miles and it has to be strenuous so your heart rate gets up there.

Well I guess it depends on how we define little. The pubic bone is supposed to be padded, but a gunt is disgusting.
