Nikki Sahagin
I don't eat at all if I am stressed, busy or depressed/anxious. I don't know if this is the same for you? Also I barely eat when I am on my period. I get madly hungry before and eat loads and then barely anything.... Any reason why your stomach would have shrunk?
Author Passionate69
I have chronic stress and I'm depressed too. my apetite is decrease, lack of energy, constipation, hemorrhoids. headache. emotional strees can really ruin the person's health. I went to the doctor he only gave me pills for constipation! and I have schedule after 3 months to comeback there. not sure if I want to see him again.
Geishawhelk
I cannot diagnose and would never venture to give anything other than an opinion, but you could try taking vitamin supplements, such as zinc and Vitamin D. These help the system re-balance, and the Vitamin D helps with depression and lack of sunshine.... Zinc is also regularly prescribed to thosw who have anorexia, because it helps boost the appetite, as these poor things are very low on it. try these supplements for a week or two to see whether it helps. Good luck. And yes, see someone else!!
