Presuming you are male - all I can say is that everyone is scared before their first time, males AND females. It's perfectly normal to feel this way. The best advice I can give you is DON'T DO IT UNTIL YOU ARE READY - I dunno how old you are but you sound pretty young. Ther's no rush to have sex, it will happen when you're good and ready. It shouldn't hurt if you are both relaxed and indulge in plenty of foreplay beforehand to "loosen up". If you stress about it too much you are more likely to come too soon, not get it up, or not come at all so try and be cool about it.
