Stationery Bike, how much how long?

I have one at home, a good one. I have taken to using it while watching a movie (I live alone so not an issue) only thing its not great to sit on for ages so do 10mins at time upto a total of upto 40-50mins.

 

How much is enough or not enough? I do other exercise aswell also do arm weights and exercises while on the bike which increases my heart rate more.

About 30 minutes is good, but you need to maintain a decent bpm.

 

Maybe 130+ or it's not worth it.

 

 

Is that what OPD stands for on the display, its the only one that isn't obvious what it is.

Bikes never worked for me, I have to use a treadmill, but if you can keep at it then go for it. However 10 minutes at a shot isn't really the thing to do. You want at least 20 contiguous minutes, 45 is better.
