Vijay
My boyfriend just received news that his estranged father is dying from brain hemorrhaging; his father lives across the world and hasn't spoken to him in 10 years. Now my boyfriend is torn about whether or not to visit his dying dad. As his girlfriend, I have no clue what to do. PLEASE, any tips on how to best be there for my guy? I don't want to pressure him into visiting his father, but everyone around him (including me) thinks it's the best idea. How can I be there for him but also tell him how important I think it is for him to go visit?
VASH THE STAMPEDE
Were the bitter towards each other or did they fall out of communication? Don't pressure him,it has to be his own choice. You don't need him bitter towards you for anything, especially bad judgment. All you could do is be very supportive in any way possible.
LadyX
I feel he should go see his father and mend the fences. If he doesn't, the regret may eat at him for the rest of his life.
