yesha
Hello, Just last night, I noticed that after I worked out in the gym, I feel chill or cold. I work out to gain weight, so I lift weights. My gym schedule was like on-off considering if schedule permits me. Before yesterday's session, my last visit to the gym was like 2-3 weeks ago. Does anybody here feels the same way after a workout? Thanks.
WTRanger
Was your workout particularly intense? You may have had an overload of endorphins and that'll generally make you feel all chilly. You also may have worked your body core temperature too high and the chilly feeling was your body cooling itself off. I lift weights as well, but not to gain mass. I am a long distance runner and I can honestly say I'll feel chilly after a 15-20 mile run in the dead of summer. As long as you stay hydrated and watch yourself I don't think there is too much to be worried about. If it persists, you might want to rethink how you work out. Were you dizzy as well? Thanks for your reply. am glad that I didn't feel dizzy. after that session, i got a flu afterwards. Which happens after workouts, lately . Good thing i just vitamin c and bounced back without having to drink paracetamol. I'm giving it a rest for now. And I think i injured my back by too much bench press. I have minor dextroscoliosis by teh way, maybe hence, the reaction to my back. thanks.
lovestory5
Yes, I also usually feel chilly after the train. The best way to relax body is to have a bath with 1 kilo of salt. The salt will take all the bad things from your body and it will give it the relief.
