xenonsrt10
I'm not going to elaborate, but quite simply: if there is a girl that was attracted to you in the past, maybe is not now, but could she ever feel that way again if she was at some point? Thanks.
I'm Joe
Ask yourself the same question. Do you think you could ever be loose attraction to someone and gain it back later? I would say yes she can, but that dosent mean she will. There are a lot of x factors to consider.
Author xenonsrt10
what type of x factors do you mean? i just think a relationship i was in ended in a way that i wasnt satisfied with and i would hope for a second chance because i think one meeting isnt enough. i just need help on what to do next. LoveLace
Loss of attraction and breaking up are totally different things...did you break up because of attraction? A little more background might help. Why did the relationship end? How serious of a relationship are we talking about?
Author xenonsrt10
Loss of attraction and breaking up are totally different things...did you break up because of attraction? A little more background might help. Why did the relationship end? How serious of a relationship are we talking about? lovelace, let me set it all up in a summarized form for you: -relationship starts on AIM but facebook and phone is used frequently -met from friend -attracted to me from moment we started talking -lives a state away (LDR) -daily phone conversations/AIM last for 4 months -finally meet her...stay at her house as guest for 2.5 days. PROBLEMS starts here: -very nervous and having to be around twin sister and parents alot of the time -she tells me before i go that we need to meet more than once to see if it will work -i dont feel good about the weekend i spent due to extreme nervousness and the fact that we have been in a relationship for that long and just meet personally. ends two weeks after this -reason.....not as compaitble as she thought and my lifestyle was a bit exquisite for her tastes (not a huge deal) my dilemma: -she had set expectations of me and when she saw me in this vulnerable and nervous enviroment i was in with her and her parents, i just couldnt be me and she based this off of who i really was..so she might have felt like i was acting like someone else. it has been since nov 1st since this ended and i talk to her still every few weeks BUT i still feel like it shouldnt have ended that way and need advice on where to go and if it is still possible for something to happen again. OH and she is going to college next fall right down the street from where i live so she will be close. should i start just hanging out as friends?
LoveLace
Sure why not. Ask her if she'd want to get together for dinner or something when she's living that close to you. However if it's your lifestyle that she doesn't feel compatible with, chances are it will be hard to change her mind..it appears her decision was not based on your visit alone. But I don't see what's wrong with suggesting that you are "friends" and nothing more for now.
