Author Campingman
I live in a province in Canada whose laws follow 'no fault' divorce guidelines. My question is would collecting evidence against my wife ..i.e. hiring a P.I..... have any benefit down the road in a court of law?
Author Campingman
Update: I have brought everything out into the open (the OM..and what actions I have taken) recently in front of my wife and her mother. My wife said that none of this concerned her mom and how dare I bring her into it. My response was that I was advised to do things with a third party present so I thought the best way to approach the situation was to invite her mom who is the only next of kin she has. (and probably knows what is going on anyways) She took it the wrong way of course. I informed her that I was willing to move out provided we had a written agreement setup by a professional that indicated plans for the kids and rules and conditions regarding finances etc. If that was not an option for her then I said we would leave it up to the lawyers to figure out.
