You'll find that they have a substantial percentage of caffeine.They do contain caffeine, but that is not the active ingredient. The caffeine is used to enhance the effects. The caffeine content of the medication is probably a lot less than the espresso. http://www.webmd.com/migraines-headaches/guide/triggers-caffeine I would say 100mg of caffeine is the magic number when it comes to withdrawl.
