The honeymoon phase won't last.
How would you know? You've never been considered as a girlfriend, nvm actually being in a relationship. ;)

Count me in!!

I love my baby. He cooks, he cleans and he is the most talented DIY man I have ever come across! I love his sense of humour, patience and understanding. Not to mention that he cooks the best Indian curries in the world. Plus he has the most sexiest voice I have ever heard. Nice and deep.

Silly things I love about him..when he makes up his own words to songs on the radio which makes me laugh. The look of concentration on his face when he is fixing something..That just makes me melt.:laugh: When he has that boyish grin on his face. I could go on and on.

Well, I read that it doesn't last long.
I've also read many times that people aren't considered for relationships, due to not being good enough. Have you read this too and firmly believe it?

Don't even dignify her post with her response TBF. This is a happy happy thread and she is obviously jealous.;)

Can you elaborate on that?

It's true this is a happy, happy thread!

Btw, loved your song/lyrics thing. My guy does that too. You never realize what's running through their minds, until it comes out like this. :lmao:

Happy in our relationship? I can't speak for him, but I can definitely say that I am blissfully happy in ours!

My son's bio-dad hasn't been to a single baseball game all season. My BF had to fly to a city 8 hours away from us for a business meeting, and couldn't get a flight back in time to make a game. So after his meeting and then dinner with clients, he rented a car and drove 8 hours home, so that he would be here in time - not only for the game, but to be here in time for carpooling other players 2 hours before the game.

If that is not love, I don't know what love is.

So true. :lmao:

My guy always changes the words so its either about sex or bodily functions. Some of them are just hilarious.

I also love that he isn't afraid to speak his mind and that he is always 100% honest with me on everything. I love his confidence in himself and his work. I am just a happy :bunny: in !

When he does this, does he sing to you? This can be hysterical! He's one twisted, twisted man!:love:

I'm really happy that you've found someone worthwhile. :)

My sweety has a GREAT, albeit disgusting, sense of humor also!

A gal and I were talking about getting jeans that fit right; that sometimes they look perfect, then you get 'em home and actually wear them during the course of a day. Then the first time you sit down, voila! You have what looks like a penis pushing the front of your jeans out. WE HATE THOSE PANTS! My guys says, "What's the problem? If I bought a pair of jeans that made a vagina in my lap when I sat down, I'd go buy another pair!" :lmao:

 Some of the things that come out of their mouths...

While this isn't the same thing, you reminded me of a pair of jeans that he wears. They sit on his hips, so that the top of his sex lines (lines along his hipbones) show, when he lifts his shirt up. I lose track of what I'm thinking and saying! :o

I love how little things he says and does that make it so obvious that he is content with our life together.

We watched "House", the episode where Kutner commits suicide and they go through his house trying to figure out why.

My SO says "its obvious! He was just so alone. Look at his apartment."

My 11 year old says "his place looks awesome; he has all cool stuff."

To which, my SO says "I see absolutely nothing 'woman' in all of his home. He must have been completely miserable. All my apartments sucked until I found your mother."

Or how he gets teary eyed watching 'The Jerk' because it doesn't matter how idiotic Steve Martin acts, his lady still loves him. He dances me around the living room when they sing their duet on the beach.

Sometimes. :lmao: Because I have brown skin, he always brings that into the songs somehow. He calls me his chocolate pudding. :o

Thanks. I am happy for you too. :)

My boyfriend went home to his family's town over the weekend and when he got back he said how much he missed me and our family (meaning my teddy bear). I love when he says we are a family it is so cute. He even sewed my teddy bear who I have had since I was 1 years old because he is falling apart. The boy must love me very much to do that! :)

That's so cute and sweet Lauribell! :)

I know! I sleep with him everynight too, I told my BF that I will be sleeping with him until I am a little old lady. It was cute yesterday, we were laying on the couch watching tv and I was laying beside him and put Teddy on his stomach and turned his head toward the tv! He joked around and asked me if Teddy could see the tv okay lol.

This sounds like an appropriate thread for me! I have been lurking due to my busy planning my wedding which is next June! I'm psyced! My fiance and I are so happy. No matter what we are doing (reading, watching tv, eating out) we talk about things and are supportive of each other.

Specific situation: the other day we were talking on the phone as I was driving home from work and when I walked in he had lit some candles and put on some romantic music. He asked me to dance as "practice" for our wedding. (he is a TERRIBLE dancer. He can do the butterchurn, that's about it.)
