Natalie
Hi...my boyfriend asked me to move in with him. Since I've been living single for almost 2 years and kinda like it, I get really nervous to make this yet big step in my life. Should I be? Is there perhaps other reasons that I'm not aware of that makes me so nervous? I love my boyfriend a lot, I've always wanted this so much...but why am I so scared/nervous? imjustagirl
Depends...it can be a big step. My "significant" other and I haven't made that leap yet, but I hope to one day. I have found, with my friends and such, that staying the night a few nights a week together, doing the morning routine with the other helps out tremendously. My "significant" other stays the night with me 7 nights a week. He rarely goes to his place in the mornings before work...I don't know, just my opinion. But I think it's natural to be scared about the whole deal. Some people can't stand the fact that someone else is waiting on using the bathroom so they too can get ready for their day. Plus there's the whole...bad breathe scenerio...bad morning hair.... Then there's the "big step deal." I know I may have some "issues" when we move in together, only because my family feels you should be, at least, planning your wedding in approx 6 mths prior to moving in. I doubt this will help...I just realised I was rambling on ~justa~
