Those of you in teh know already are aware that i've been communicating with someone who used to post here and i'm sure the old timers know who it is (nudge nudge wink wink). We've been talking on the phone for more than two years and emailing back and forth with a little break for the past 9 months or so. I was supposed to go down and meet her a few times when i was living in Detroit but it always fell thru so we never got together. We've both seen each others pics and I think she's very attractive and we have a lot in common (at least thru the phone convos and stuff). She's really great and has a nice laugh and seems very feminine, which you guys know i love. So fast forward to present day and now i'm in chicago and the drive to see her is a lot shorter. I'm supposed to go down there Memorial Day weekend and already reserved a hotel. I'm really excited but nervous at the same time. I don't know what to expect but i'm pretty sure everything will go well. Its really weird but i don't know why we have this "connection" and I would never drive this far just to see any random woman. I'm still leary about meeting people online and then things not working out, i've been there, done that...but we've been talking for so long that it just feels "right". Whatever "right" is. I'm really not good with this subjective crap as most of you know. So i've decided that i'm just gonna go down and have fun with her with no expectations whatsoever. What do you guys think?
