meanon
Monkey00 OK get it now. I'm sure there is a saying about England and America being divided by a common language, if not there ought to be!
jenny
: P giggles, no i just mean: why do creatures have hard-shells? to protect themselves in the most basic way possible. as a defensive technique, it even lacks the excitement of flamboyant colouring or bits that shoot liquids. i don't want anyone that scared of exposure; i'm not a predator and i don't care for the assumption that i am. or, if i am a predator, the shell is just too frustrating to deal with and is likely to only be guarding snail meat. hence, i'd prefer a soft shell and a spine. everyone should protect themselves, but not gracelessly or obtusely. He puts on that macho, "I don't give a fu**" kind of attitude and confuses the hell out of me. I would definitely rather have someone soft shelled just to avoid all the confusion and insecurities.
