Glenn Quagmire
Non-fat Cottage Cheese (store brand is fine) and Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Trust me. The ultimate dieting in-between meals.
TaraMaiden
That's total rubbish. The ultimate diet in-between meal, is to not eat the in-between meal. I would have thought that was obvious.
Ronni_W
Hot sauce with cottage cheese, you say? Alright...I'll try it...don't know if I'm gonna like it Weird though, cos I just bought some cottage cheese on my last shopping trip...first time in about a decade. Maybe 'twas fate that brought us together???

Just Angel
ugh. All that dairy..Im thinking lactose intolerance..gas, bloating, fun. I'm thinking a smarter choice is plain tuna (or made with mustard), fruit or veggie. Franks does make killer hot sauce tho
Enema
That's total rubbish. The ultimate diet in-between meal, is to not eat the in-between meal. I would have thought that was obvious. Well that's not right. Eating every 2-3 hours keeps your metabolism burning hot, you just can't eat crap.

amaysngrace
It also works as a deodorant. Mix 1/4 cup of any cottage cheese with 2 Tbs. of Franks Hot Sauce and rub it in your armpit. Then wipe with a clean cloth. Freshness.
aotc
Well that's not right. Eating every 2-3 hours keeps your metabolism burning hot, you just can't eat crap. Exactly. The more evenly distributed your calorie intake throughout the day, the better. I don't want to sound like a meathead but a bit of whey is the best thing in between meals.
