This guy is an absent father, your kids will be better off without him around at all. As will you.. Talk to a lawyer, see what your options are. But, be sure of what you want..I mean, if this guy left his wife and (older) kids, would you take him back? By Law whether he PAYS or DOES NOT PAY child support HE IS entitled to see his kids. NO lawyer, Judge or Social worker will prohibit this unless he is unfit. Even if you were able to prove that he is a not all up there, your kids will be allowed to see him under supervision. Sounds very typical though... Why are you so angry about the fact of him being careless and leaving his cellphone around? Is that far less more careless than creating multiple families. In all these years he has never not supported the children. i dont know if I could take him back after he told me he doesnt love me or the kids he only cares for us. Telling me that is one thing, but saying that about our children...i dont know i can forgive??? thats the straw that broke my heart and I told him never contact me again... i went through those circumstances in my other thread Sorry that this douchebag feels this way about you and your kids but life is about choices... Sounds like to him your and tour children dont mean much. SO sad to read stories like yours. Children should experience the blessing to have a stable home with loving parents. Breaks my heart to see that there are children living in this kind of scenario. I will pray for God to give you strength and wisdom to do what's better for you and your kiddos. Author nocontact2 Posted June 4, 2009 Author Share Posted June 4, 2009 kids kept calling and hanging up...late night...from blocked numbers... so i sent 2 emails to the oldest siblings and told them do not contact me again by phone, text, or any method at all. I am pregnant again and you are disturbing your two younger siblings and i need my sleep. if you want the truth talk to your dad, doubt you will get it, but you can try. please be the decent children your father said your are and respect my privacy. I guessed that these kids are just "curious" about me. who I am what I look like, what kids look like etc. so I opened a facebook account with plenty of pics of me, kids, even one of my MM and sent the email to their facebook account. So, when they open their emails they can view my account and since I sent the message I have not had any further contact with them going about 4 days. Link to post Share on other sites
