Confused chick
I'm getting mixed signals about a guy and need some advice. When I first met him over a year ago, he said he was gay. Okay, fine, no problem on my end at all. Then about two months into being friends with him and a gang of us hanging out together, he and one of the girls in the group started getting close - sometimes they would be making out on the dance floor, holding hands, etc. From the girl's mouth, they never slept together - things just never progressed that far according to her. They've since drifted apart "romantically" quite a while ago but we all still remain friends and still hang out together. Now, he seems to be turning his sights on me. While I don't have a problem with being attracted to this guy at all - in fact I've always had kinda a crush on him - (must be true - all the good ones are either married or gay!) but I'm confused. He is gay, bi, what? Since the other girl said they never slept together I wonder what I'd be letting myself in for if I reciprocated his interest in me. Not that my ultimate goal would be to sleep with this guy but I wonder if he's just testing his own limits and commitment to his lifestyle. I don't really want to be a test case! Confused? So am I! Any help would be welcome!
D.
Dayum! That is a tough one! Please understand that mine is an opinion ONLY and may be far out in left field. It sounds to me as though the man is gay and possibly experimenting with the possibility of becoming bi. He is flirting, dancing, kissing with a woman, but NOT going so far as to go to bed. This may mean he is still repulsed at the prospect of making love to a female as many gay men feel. So far, he still sounds quite Gay to me and just testing the waters. If it were me, I would keep this in mind. I would dance with him, and only if I felt like it would I kiss him. BUT I would NOT seriously entertain any notion of having any kind of a relationship with him. He is gay. Period. There would be no relationship to be had with him except friendship. My very best to you!
billy the kid
well thi first thing I want to ask is that if you plan on being with him, do you know what a condum is and how to use it??? really not kidding!!!! second is I have known friends that will go to any length to meet girls, including saying they are gay, because there are girls that will try just to see if they can turn them around... same goes for guys, and a lot of guys that go to strip clubs, they think after a few they can make the girls change careers,. I went to high school with a fellow that took up hand signing (for the deaf, and he wasn't) just because he met some good looking deaf girls.. and I could go on and on.. just be carefull...
