I'm a girl, think I'm in love with my best girlfriend?

Hi.

So, I always thought I was straight. In my life, there have been 2 guys that I've fallen completely head over heals over.

The problem is, I've always wondered if it was normal of me to be completely turned off by anything having to do with cocks. I mean... They're just -so- unatractive. I always thought the woman's body was much better built and a lot more attractive, even when i was a kid, but i never thought about it sexually! Just a passing thought that those were the facts. A few times in my life I thought I might be lesbian because of this, because I may actually a few times catch myself rating some girls and beign sexually attracted to them... Sometimes even more than guys. But then I think, no, I've liked a bunch of guys. Does this mean I'm bi? Or does eveyone think like me?

Recently I was looking at my best friend, who is also a girl, and I realized while looking at her Facebook page... She is really hot. I started fanticising about making out with her and having sex. Then I was thinking, OK, if I -was- bi, who would I go out with? And I could only think of her. Now that I had imagined myself with her... All the guys at my school are so immature and most are very ugly. She just really turns me on.

But she's clearly straight! She has had 3 boyfriends (we're 15) since I've known her and they've all gone to a different school, but while she is in her relationships I always see her flirting with evey guy interested in her, which is a lot. Like I said, she's -really- hott!

But, I mean, she's not the only one I like. I like 3 people right now. Her, this guy at another school, and another guy at my school.

What do I do? My friend is single at the moment.

We are like 5 people in our gang of friends, 2 girls 3 guys, and all 3 guys like her. One guy in perticular, Max, is completely -in love-! He won't stop talking about how he can't wait to go out with her. And he tells me this and just a few days ago I told him they'd be great together even though I didn't mean it. So now, even if I somehow found a way to go out with her, he would think... I don't even know what he would think!

What do I do? Should I ask her out? In person? On msn? How do I say it so I don't scare her away? Or should I keep this in my head?

Also, does this mean I'm bi...? Or do I not even like her (as in I'm straight). I've always wanted to make out with a girl. It sounds much more appealing than making out with a guy.

Thanks and sorry for rambling on forever.

We can't decide your preferences for you, only you can.

It sounds like exactly as you've said...that you like both genders, but women more than men. You might be capable of falling in love with either, but again, only you know how you feel about that. As for your friend, you could tell her what your feeling, but if she's straight then you might not get an encouraging response.

I don't mean to sound patronising, but you are also quite young, and your sexuality is still developping.

My cousin's daughter confessed to her mother that she thought she might have feelings for another girl. This was when she was 15 also, and my cousion wisely told her that it did not matter what her sexual preferences were as long as she stayed safe and was happy.

This gave my cousin's daughter no guilt to carry around... and after a couple of years, she moved on from this phase.

... Puberty will do this. It's a confusing time for a young person. I too, at your age felt something for other girls.

It's all part of development.

Now, it may well be that you do have strong feelings for girls as well as boys.

And that's fine.

But understand that this may be something that is simply a part of you maturing.

It may well pass.

It may not.

Go easy on yourself, enjoy life, experiment if you think you want to.

But - stay safe, and be happy.

As for this situation, I would be cautious.

If she shows absolutely no sign of having feelings for you, it may well be best to keep it to yourself.

At your ages, people react in extreme ways.

I would hate to think this will backfire on you and cause you difficulties with your friendships.....girls can be viciously cruel sometimes, and this could really turn on you if it all goes pear-shaped.

Good luck.....

All sounds like pretty darn good advice to me...
