Basically we were friends for over a year but when he started having issues with his then fiancé he started giving me the come on. I liked him we even went out for a meal yet i kept my distance and nothing happened due to obvious reasons. After a while he stopped texting me and stopped the flirting altogether i didnt know why till he told me he met some other girl. I felt he led me on and confronted him bout it at time which he totally denied and played the we're still mates card. Lets just say since then its been a bit hot and cold with us and the past few times we have bumped into one another theres been a slight awkwardness there. Anyway we had a text argument last week about how he doesnt bother replying to my texts anymore and how it comes across as rude and he then turned round called me rude. We have sortof got over that as i saw him in town not long after anyway he started talking to me on msn the other day i dont know whether hes just being nice or wants to try it on again. As hes telling his family how happy he is to them yet with me hes just banging on how tired he is and how tiring things are and putting stuff like its been a long day xxx. I wouldn't even bother to take it any further as he isn't sure of what he wants. He hasn't really said anything about the engagement, has he? I'm confused about that part.
