I survived my first day of BOOTCAMP!

Boy, it kicked my butt, but it was so much FUN! It's only once a week, but they give you "homework" to get you prepared for the following (more difficult) session. Let's hope I see some serious results by the end of this 6 weeks!

 

Anyone else do bootcamps?

I know it doesn't compare to a military bootcamp (Donna, I'm impressed [but not surprised]), but it was a tough workout! :)
