I do 4 days a week, 1 day of course w/ tht many being b2b. Can I weight train daily or at least with 1 day off a week if some are lighter days?? Please any trainers out there can you please answer this for me??The girl mentioned it really adds definition. I have been working out for years and never heard this. Thanks for the feedback Mark. Just curious as I never heard anyone doing it that much and wasnt sure if a light weight day would tone me better. 4-5 seems like enough to me.
