I am very serious about my working out and being the healthiest I can be. I have 3 questions if anyone knows can respond please.

First question is I do treadmill at inclines ranging from 3-15. I have heard the levels are good for different things. Does anyone have a breakdown of this. I know probably higher is better for abs and butt, but other than that not sure what I am doing differently for my body lets say when I do it on lvel 6 vs. 15.

Second question is does anyone have a recommended excercise that helps give a "breast lift". I have seen a difference, but would like to see a little more and am aware there are better excercises for this ( or weights doing a certain motion ) and would like a better target for this, as well as a little extra fat that has decided to make my side up by the armpit its home.

Third question is I have heard saunas in addition to working out are good for weight loss and detoxifying. Is this an avenue I should go down? Does it make a significant difference in pounds and or inches?

Thanks for the help!!!:bunny::bunny::bunny::D:D:D

I'm not real sure on the 1st 2 questions...but I will tell you that for question #3, the sauna is healthy for you, but you will not lose pounds from it. Basically, you would lose from sweating, but as soon as you replenish the water in your body (which you will do through food and drink), you would gain that back.

The sauna is wonderful for helping repair muscles and, to me, a sauna feels great after a good workout. I wish I could afford a gym membership just so I can go in the sauna!! :)

Verying the incline on your treadmill changes the diffficulty of your workout and uses slightly different muscles. Since it is more difficult, you will burn more calories. The steeper the slope, the more muscles you use from your lower body (sorry, I don't have specifics).

As far as breast lift, find a willing guy with two hands....:laugh: jk

In all seriousness, the more weight you lose, the tighter the chest area will become - especially if you follow up with excercises like modified pushups or dumbell flyes, that use the chest.

Hope that helps.

Thanks You'reasian, that thing about the willing guy gave me a chuckle! But appreciate the advice which is what I have been doing so I'll just be sure and stay strict with myself. Take care and have a great weekend!!:)
