It is only considered stalking and or harassment if she verbally or in any other for of communication says no which she obviously does not. Although it seems like stalking from the way he explains it the law however does not view it as such.

Just give him the advice and be on with it. :rolleyes:

 

OP, if you're still reading this, then just take it as a learning experience. You're lack of experience is making you learn things at an older age in comparison with some other people. It's easy to scare women you do not know, so be a little more careful next time. Don't give up, just think about things a bit more. Might want to spend some more time around these boards too. Some people give some good advice (oh not me, I have my own troubles :laugh:)
