Kelso Posted June 29, 2009 Share Posted June 29, 2009 Hey everybody - I have recently started in the gym again after about 9mth break. I'm working on increasing my endurance, mostly by running and cycling. I've also started with some light weigh lifting - but may main concern is to get rid of 10-15 extra lbs. I'm having the same problem as I had last time when I was active in the gym. Every time I reach back to stretch my thigh after few miles running I get this very unpleasant cramp between my ribs. That is ridiculous, but it keeps coming again and again. My second problem is also related to cramps. I sometimes have problem when tying my shoes. When I bend forward, I also get a painful cramp in a muscle located approx. 4-5 inches above my belly button. I am 27 year old male, 6'0" weighting about 200 lbs. Do you have any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong and perhaps ideas on what I can do about it?? Link to post Share on other sites

When you have consistent pains anywhere, usually there is something that needs to be addressed. When was the last time you were checked for a hernia? Link to post Share on other sites
