I said 'ex' because they were not formally together. My bf and her made a pact to support each other until someone right comes along. He was not romantically attracted to her, but she developed feelings for my bf over time. They also attend martial art class together. He told me that now he feels obligated to her cos she has done alot for him butd he 'broke up' with her because he wanted to be with me. But he did not want her to feel hurt so he hasn't told her much about me other than 'he had a fun time with this gal (me)'. So after their martial art class, she wanted to watch a drama that was shown on TV and she wanted to go to his house. He told me his mom was around and that they did not do anything else. He told me he did not want her to get the wrong idea that it is still possible between them. Am I over-reacting by feeling pissed and jealous?
