Z_man
I have heard complaints before from women, who said that they gave all the signals to the guy they were interested in but still he failed to catch the signals and ask her out. That of course, begs a question with me: Can't a woman sometimes make the first move and ask the guy out themselves? Women have been proving that they can do anything a guy can do, so why not ask a guy out if you are interested in him? This is the 21st Century after all, I don't think the old traditional stereotypes really apply anymore.
Tony T
It happens all the time and with great success. Sometimes men are just so afraid of rejection or just don't get the hint that they may take a very long time to get up the courage to ask a lady out. If there's a guy you'd like to go out with, he's single, he seems interested but he doesn't make a move within a reasonable time frame, by all means ask him to do something. It doesn't necessarily have to be a date. You can ask him to an event, out for a snack, for a walk, or whatever. You could let him know you're going to a certain movie and you'd really enjoy him joining you. If he says no, poop on him.
