What is your definition of Bipolar? I know it is often diagnosed with other disorders as well...any insight or experience with a person in a relationship sense, please share anything you have on this disorder. How would know if it went undiagnosed? Actions and so forth? I am wondering if someone I was engaged to possibly could have had this. Thanks for sharing any experiences/knowledge on this.

Someone who has depression and mania. Has high's that manic and obsessive and then lows that can make one end up the in the hospital (if it gets that bad).

There's a girl who lives on my street that is BP, right now she's back in the hospital as she came off a long 'high' and her low was pretty awful..

It takes alot of patience and understanding to be and stay with someone suffers from a mental disorder. This isn't ever going to go away..It can be managed, with the help of meds and therapy, but it is forever. One thing to think about, it's hereditory, so be aware if you do end up marrying her and having children, there's a good a possibility your kid(s) will have some form of mental illness at some point in their life.

Google depression fallout, read the book and get as much information as you can about BP and depression.
