amerikajin
I miss aggressive male hard rock. I have Motorhead on my iPod and whenever I need a charge I listen to them. They are one of the most underrated bands ever and their music is pure male passion. They are the soundtrack to growing your balls back. Whatever happened to stuff like that? Don't forget Metallica, bro. One, Battery, and Sandman. Great workout music. Speaking of which, I need to get my ass back in the gym.
Lights
If you always behave like a man, you'll never have a problem getting women. Not true. Some men do have problems getting women, whether they believe in paleo-masculine gender roles or not.
HsMomma
I find that as a guy in today's day and age, you're expected to be this nice sensitive guy, yet a rough and tumble manly man at the same time; your supposed to be able to spend money like water, yet you're supposed to be financially astute; you're supposed to ravage their bodies like an animal in bed, yet you're supposed to be all into candles and flowers to get them there. Your supposed to be chivalrous, but accepting that women can be strong and take care of themselves. And your point would be????? :p:p:p
Trialbyfire
And your point would be????? :p:p:p I will amend the sensitive guy part. I don't know too many men who are externally sensitive. On LS, there appear to be quite a few men who are internally sensitive and externally insensitive. I would hurt an internally sensitive man's feelings, every minute of the day! That's why S. is a great fit. He's somewhere in between. He's not internally sensitive but also not terribly externally sensitive. But he's got similar positive triggers so without much thought put into it, he just automatically hits my positive triggers. We speak the same language of love.
Touche
And your point would be????? :p:p:p Ahahah! Too funny. But seriously, what was the problem with that? Sounds good to me! Oh and ditto on the sensitive men thing, TBF. Yep. Can you see me with a "sensitive" man? ahaha. Mr. T can give as good as he gets. And yes, that applies to pretty much everything in all senses of the phrase.

You'reasian
The reason women try to be so strong now-a-days is because we realize no man is going to do it for us or be there to protect us. Men are more likely to exploit women then they are to honor and respect them.. A woman is free to chose the kind of man she wishes to be with. I'm not going to apologize to a potential girlfriend for her previous choices of men, her experiences with them and projecting them onto me If she's been jaded and used to players, she's probably more comfortable terriroty around those who are jading and playing. So yes, please go use hookers and escorts. And at the end of the day you can curl up on your couch, fresh after an orgasm and look around you to the empty place you call home. After all, what really is important here is your orgasm. Are hookers or escorts different than FWB setups? I'd imagine the FWB would be cheaper over time, but the concept is almost the same. Why can't a man and woman be good F-buddies for free?
Jersey Shortie
A woman is free to chose the kind of man she wishes to be with. I'm not going to apologize to a potential girlfriend for her previous choices of men, her experiences with them and projecting them onto me If she's been jaded and used to players, she's probably more comfortable terriroty around those who are jading and playing. Really, what does this have to do with anything you qouted me as saying. As I said, men today aren't big on being "protectors". Men are more likely to exploit women for their own needs then they are to honor and respect them. You refering to players and what a woman chooses to do has nothing to do with what I am talking about. re hookers or escorts different than FWB setups? I'd imagine the FWB would be cheaper over time, but the concept is almost the same. Why can't a man and woman be good F-buddies for free? Yeah actually, hookers and FWB stepups arecompletely different. A hooker is paid to sleep with you whether she likes you or not. Even in a FWB set-up, a woman has to like you somewhat as a human being to even think about letting you sleep with her. But thank you for proving my prevous point about men willingly exploiting women for their own needs rather then standing up and protecting them. This is exactly what I was talking about. Now we all know both men and women enjoy sex. But we also know that women usually want something more then just sex more often then men. FWB is a set-up that in more cases then not, is ultimately about the man and his needs then it is about the woman and hers. Sure, she is getting sex just like he is but we all know that often isn't the only thing women ant out of life. As I stated before, men today are more explotive of women then protective. If women seem more guarded and protective of themselves and less open to you as a man in being vunerable, don't be so shocked. It's years upon years of learned behavior that women ahve come to use as self preservation since men aren't the great protectors they once where.
You'reasian
. As I said, men today aren't big on being "protectors". Men are more likely to exploit women for their own needs then they are to honor and respect them. How have you come to this conclusion? Experience? or did you read this in some kind of journal? do people around you repeat this to you? . Yeah actually, hookers and FWB stepups arecompletely different. Men are the enemy and women are the innocent... . This is exactly what I was talking about. Now we all know both men and women enjoy sex. Women are more guarded and protected. Again, they ultimately chose the kinds of men they wish to be with - throw yourself at a guy who doesn't care about you or want to be with you and it will surely reinforce your anti-male dogma. Jersey Shortie
How have you come to this conclusion? Experience? or did you read this in some kind of journal? do people around you repeat this to you? Look around you. Look at the media. Look at the men here. Of course some of it is experience. Not all personal experience. Some of it is also observing the experiences of others and paying attention to how men talk and treat women. I see where this is going. Men are the enemy and women are the innocent... Excellent self-envolved tactict. Instead of discussing the possibilty of truth in the comments, make over the top extreme ones to derail the topic at hand. No one here said women were innocent and men the enemy but I am being realistic about the exploitive nature that men today seem to have about women. I' m hardly shocked. Women are more guarded and protected. Again, they ultimately chose the kinds of men they wish to be with - throw yourself at a guy who doesn't care about you or want to be with you and it will surely reinforce your anti-male dogma. This has nothing to dowith throwing myself at men that don't care about me. As I previously said, the reason women are more guarded and self protected is because they have learned that you need to be with men for self-preservation. Men today don't protect and honor women like they once did.
Woggle
What exactly do the women of today do to deserve being honored and protected? Why do they think they deserve special treatment and to be catered to just because they are female?
You'reasian
Look around you. Look at the media. Look at the men here. . I'm looking around the media and I see names like Mary Kay Ash, Meg Whitman and Anne Mulcahy whom are/were CEOs of American Fortune 500 companies, who make more money than some small countries - some whom are moving into the political arena or serving on the boards of other companies too. Look at Dara Torres - who came back to win an olympic gold medal and is kinda hot too . There are women who have not only made it past the "glass ceiling" - they've literally shattered it in many walks of life. These success stories don't feed into your victim mentality. Instead they serve to motivate women who want to go somewhere and do something with themselves. Of course some of it is experience. Not all personal experience. Some of it is also observing the experiences of others and paying attention to how men talk and treat women.. You chose how you define your experiences. As far as the way men talk to and treat women, that's not something you or I or anyone has any ability to change - except within ourselves. Excellent self-envolved tactict. Instead of discussing the possibilty of truth in the comments, make over the top extreme ones to derail the topic at hand. No one here said women were innocent and men the enemy but I am being realistic about the exploitive nature that men today seem to have about women. .. There's no derailing. The mentality that you seem to imply throughout your posts is that women are ok, men are not ok. That mentality is not ok, especially coming from someone who supports "rights" of anykind. As I previously said, the reason women are more guarded and self protected is because they have learned that you need to be with men for self-preservation. Men today don't protect and honor women like they once did. Men do protect and honor women like they once did - its just become less fashionable or cool for you ladies to date guys with those traits - subsequently, women chose men for a number of reasons, like how much money he makes, the kind of car he drives, the clothes he wears etc. etc.
Phateless
I can't believe this thread is still going on! I saw an ad on TV the other night for a website called OnlineBootyCall. I'd post the link but the mods would get their panties in a twist. The funny part is that the ad came on in the middle of Star Trek, TNG. Alpha - what about all my date diagnostic suggestions? I think there's some useful advice in there if you'd only choose to heed it.
