My boss is attracted to me.

There's only a few things I don't understand: How did he get your cell number? If through work, why is he using it for personal reasons? That alone should be against company policy, unless you explicitly gave him your number.

Gordon's Right

You are walking a thin line here, so be gracious as well as being careful.

Also, one poster was somewhat correct... some men DO take advantage of the service industry work enviroment. He may be doing this to more than just the OP.

I agree with Phateless' general approach, but I would suggest a slight modification to the wording:

Then go talk to your boss and tell him outright, "I love working here and I love hanging out with everybody but the amount of attention you're giving me is making me uncomfortable. I would like us to be just friends and to have a professional working relationship."

I would be careful with the "just friends" terminology, as it is so often associated with close personal relationships, and more specifically ones in which things are ratcheting down from "too close" to "just friends."

I suggest you don't even use that particular term, just to avoid raising any hopes of a continuing personal relationship. Keep it all professional, perhaps something like:

"I love working here and I love hanging out with everybody but the amount of attention you're giving me is making me uncomfortable. I would like us to be able to be friendly and to have a professional working relationship."

A very small modification, but it keeps the entire thing in a professional, work-based context.

Just a minor point, though...

I can't help but wonder if this older male supervisor who is hitting on you ( inappropriate big time ) is going to * let this go * and forget about your young nubile presence in the workplace.

I also feel in my gut if you do the * you know my supervisor ( to another supervisor ) is slightly bothering me at this time " - speech - is going to get you on the bad side of him.

I had a coworker do that to me and I went to the supervisor. He did not work there anymore after that day. But this is your supervisor.

The ONLY recourse ( if you need your job ) is to document everything. SAVE the texts, emails , phone messages .

Try to get him on neutral setting ground and say " You know John you are a great boss , I really compare you to my dad. Thanks for being a good BOSS and I need to go now so I can select my dress for my DATE tonight "
